The famous catherdal of cologne, Köln Deutz Messe, the Chocolate Museum, the Sports Museum, the Rhine and its promenade is right in front of the door, the historic old city of cologne, the shopping spots "Neumarkt", "Schildergasse" and "Hohe Strasse" with thousnads of shops (easily, directly from the Deutz bridge to reach).
