World Children's Day 2019 in the cathedral city - all information about it
On the 22nd of September there will be a World Children's Day Festival in Cologne . There are over 60 children's initiatives at the start and all families with children are invited. There is fun and games for children from 12pm to 6pm. The Rheingarten and the Heumarkt in Cologne then turn into gigantic playgrounds. In the following article you will find all information.
The motto of the event is. "We children have rights!" . There will be 60 initiative groups on this day. These report about their work for the children. The beginning is 12:00 clock with the band Pelemele! It offers cool, rock music that is fun for the whole family! At 12:30, the official opening begins. At 12:45 pm there is a song for children's rights at the program point. At 13:00, the "show with the mouse" begins with his laugh and fact stories. At 1:30 pm there will be "Right there": the company Nine and Circus Pedagogy from North Rhine-Westphalia. The band Pelemele reappear at 13:55 and thrilled with fresh rock music. DUDA - starts at 14:50 with a prize-giving ceremony of a painting contest!
At 15:00 o'clock it will be "Show us": here the winners of GAG and the linoclub music competition will be presented! The MausShow with the well-known Laughing and Sachgeschichten stands again at 15:25 clock on the program and the Lucky Kids occur at 16:20 clock on the stage: a choir from the Rheinische Musikschule! At 16:50 there will be a children's and youth circus program with Linoluckynelli! At 17:30, the MausShow and its laugh and story stories will end this children's program.

At 12:00 pm the program starts with the interactive show by Singa. The songwriter Reinhard Horn leads with songs from 12:30 clock through the program and at 13:00 clock begins the "Dance Alarm on Stage" with children of the KIKA Tanzalarms! Then from 13:20 clock begins the game show "make children strong". At 1:45 pm there will again be a children's program and Singa encourages from 14:00 clock again to a hands-on show! From about 14:30 clock begins another "make children strong" show. The dance alarm comes back from 15:00 on the stage and Reinhard Horn sings from 15:20 clock again his songs. Another game show starts at 15:50, followed by Singa, which presents a hands-on show again from 16:00. The children of the "Tanzalarms" return at 16:30. At 4:50 pm, all children can join a game show again! For one last time, Singa encourages children to join in at 5:30 pm.
There is a free bus and rail transport to World Children's Day
All children can travel free to this festival in Cologne. All children up to the age of 14 can take a seat on the bus or in the train free of charge. The visit to the World Children's Day is therefore nothing in the way. The offer is free for all children up to 14 years from 20.09. until 22.09. to disposal. On September 20, this free offer can even be used throughout the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
