What's next?

If you like the offer, please confirm it by email. For a fixed booking, only a small down payment of 30 percent of the booking amount is necessary. So you show us that you are really interested in booking. Of course, we also write a proper bill, which is very important for companies and the self-employed. We have rented a trade and the booking is 100 percent legal. We also have a permit from the city of Cologne for the furnished short-term rental in Cologne Deutz. The Kulurförderabgabe (if due) we also for you to the city of Cologne. So you see: an absolutely sure thing.

The journey

For the check-in we need your arrival time. We meet in front of the apartment and you will receive the keys from us. After a brief briefing in the apartment, we sign a handover protocol. As a security for the keys and the apartment is then still a deposit of 100 EUR in cash due. For these you receive a receipt.

The departure

At the check-out you will receive the deposit back in cash, provided no damages have been made. The departure must be made no later than 10.00 clock in the morning, since the apartment is then cleaned directly. Due to the good location (very close to the fair and the Cologne Cathedral) is usually directly a connection booking and the apartment must be ready again!
