The apartment Cologne on a long trip with the ferry Trolch!

After a leisurely stroll in the Rheinpark in Deutz, I became aware of the "Strolch" ferry . It connects the strollers from the old town in a particularly pleasant way with the Rheinpark in Cologne Deutz. As an additional task, she transports the guests of the Cologne Opera, which is currently still in the State House in Deutz.

Since I just wanted to get to Cologne's old town quickly, this connection was of course perfect for me. Translating quickly and easily is great and fun too! The captain and the nice lady on board were very friendly and helpful and I immediately felt at home. For an inexpensive 3 euros (one way) the captain drops off directly and even drives me as an individual to the other side of the Rhine! That is sensational! A return trip costs only 4.50 euros! Children even cost only 2 euros round trip! The Strolch open ferry has an indoor area (approx. 18 seats) and an outdoor area with approx. 16 seats. So there is enough space and you don’t have to mess around. The captain knows his trade and the trip was really very pleasant and I didn't get seasick :)
